Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. The company that owns People's Jewellers actually called me to discuss my concerns regarding customer service and the issue I was having trying to exchange a ring.
They were very understanding and offered me a egift card to help offset some of the price of the new ring. I am extremely happy with this resolution and have already ordered my new ring.Great customer service this time.
And I will continue to shop at People's Jewellers. Very happy customer.

I actually upgraded the wedding set after she did me right on the $ of the old set. I ended up having to use the Kay’s in hot springs Arkansas, and they was a pleasure doin business with
